Great! Youtube have introduced a new Youtube page new Youtube Layout. Don't know surfers like it or not but i personally do not like new youtube page. And the only reason is that i am not able to find a url to donwload youtube video. And when i found the url on new youtube page then i was not able to download it with the software "youtube downloader". It gives me an error when i try to download youtube video.

Where can i find the URL on new youtube page?

You just click on the SHARE button underneath the video player on new youtube page. You will get the URL.
OR
You may also copy the URL from the address bar. Where you type to open any web sites. It's that simple. There is no need to keep looking for URL provided by youtube. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Q. Another problem on new Youtube page is error message when try to download youtube video ""no flash video found".

Let me tell you guys that Downloading videos from youtube is completely Ileagal.  Every time you download a video, you are violation both YouTube's terms of service, as well as someone's copyrights.

Anyways a good news for me and may be other youtube users who want to download videos that I just tried to download one of the video and i was able to do it. Since last two days i have been gettting problem and was getting error each time i tried to download youtube video but today while writing this article i was able to do this.
May be there was a technical fault from youtube due to updating youtube page or layout. God knows.
Keep checking the same article for related updated information and please comment or advise or give tips aswell.

It's a Universal truth that the IPL (Indian Premium League) is a huge success not only in India but all over the world. And the man who dream about this IPL format is non other then LALIT MODI.
I heard from my friend that LALIT MODI was a bookie in his early career life(lol). Don't know from where this guys get this news and how it was spread but at fist instance i was also agreed to them. Finally I got to find out the truth so decided to check the Lalit Modi Background as IPL getting bigger and bigger and so Mr. Lalit Modi. Yeh! As of October 31, 2009 Indian Premier League chief, Lalit Modi had claimed the top slot as the highest tax payer in the country for that fiscal year.

Married with a woman elder then him named Minal to whom he met in US when he was a student in a University. They have got two children Ruchir and Karima.

Education Career
1983 to 1986 were his education time when he studied in couple of University at US.
Started his career in International Tobacco Company where he was a managing director from 1987 to 1991.

Journey to IPL 
From 1991, we can say that he get into world of Cricket. He worked on a joint venture with Disney and ESPN in India and started showing cricket on ESPN. So we can say that Modi was one of the person who updated the telecast of cricket. The another proof of his master mind is showing IPL in multiplexes. He is creative and innovative and this qualities makes him successful perosn.

Now he started to put forward proposals of limited over cricket which he belives is much tv friendly and people will like it. But BCCI turned them down all the time.

There is one fimly dilouge "If you want to change the system then you have to be in the system". I think it's from the movie "page 3". Being rejected so many times finally he decided to get in the system. He got the membership of Rajashtan Cricket Association" as a president which gave him a seat on BCCI.

Finally in 2005 Modi was appointed as a Vice-President of the BCCI.
Using his business ideas and being a tycoon it was reported that the revenue increased seven folds from 2005 to 2008.

In the parallel, ICL was making hype in India and if BCCI don't act on it ICL could have overtake the BCCI as the we can see the T20 potential today. So finally in 2008 Lalit Modi Launced Indian Premimer League (IPL) of 20 overs game.

From very first year IPL has been a huge success and undoubtely from crickets to bollywood to indians cricket lovers, everyone follwoing it.

Everyday there are news of IPL making huge amounts of contract with telecasters like ESPN and sponseres. Very soon they are going to personalise the IPL merchanise aswell. Currently in 2010 T shirts of Deccan Chargers and KKR is hot among the Fans.
